The ferry terminal developed at the upper-north island is part of the first phase of the “Integrated National Public Ferry Network” project. Tuesday, 27th July – Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) CEO inspects the progress of Haa Alif Ihavandhoo harbor development project. Earlier, MTCC honcho Adam Azim made visits to several of upper-northern islands to inspect the progress of the respective islands. According to the contractor company, the Ihavandhoo harbor development project include dredging and excavation operations spanning 30,509 cubic-meters along with the construction of several harbor-related structures.
